How The Swap Shop Works

At the “Don’t Dump It, Swap It Shop” we are committed to providing our members with access to quality clothing, therefore, please only submit items you would be happy to receive.

The item you wish to swap must be of fair value.

For example, New DM Boot are valued at £120, a fair £60. The fair value is in clear view and placed next to each item.

We may accept items with small defects, but they must be listed when submitting.

We do not accept the following items for hygiene reasons:

- Underwear

- Swimwear

- Socks or Hosiery

- Footwear that has been worn down, unworn is accepted.

- Jewellery for piercings

We reserve the right to decline any submitted items if we feel they do not align with our guidelines, ensuring the swap remains fair, respectful, and true to its purpose.

 We do not currently offer refunds.

However, if you are unhappy with the item received, you are free to resubmit it to the Don’t Dump It, Swap It Shop.

We are unable to reimburse if you decide to cancel your subscription

Delivery

A standard shipping rate of £6.00 applies to all clothing items. Don’t Dump It, Swap It Shop uses a third party to ship all items, so you should expect to receive your item(s) in 5-7 working days.
